MONTHLY SALARY
Rs.1 LAKH to 1.5 LAKH
TITP was established by Japan with an aim to contribute to developing countries by accepting interns from these countries for a period anywhere between 3 and 5 years for On-the-Job-Training (‘OJT’). In India, after entering into an MOU with Government of Japan, along with few Government departments in India, the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), has appointed National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) as the Implementing & Monitoring agency for TITP.

Specified Skilled Worker (SSW)
SSW is a new status of residence introduced by Japan in April 2019 to attract foreign talent with a certain level of expertise and skill to address the skill shortage experienced in certain sectors due to declining population and aging society.
There is a good opportunity for people skilled in the specified sectors undere this scheme to travel and work in Japan for upto 5 years, as long as they posess the technical skills and learn the Japanese language skills. The candidates need to clear both language and technical exams before they become eligible to travel under the SSW scheme.
